Emesis and Diarrhea at the same time

I have been experiencing a very perplexing situation lately. I have an urgency to throw up and poop at the same time. It comes on suddenly. My GI has run some tests but found nothing wrong. Still, I continue to have this problem. I is a topic I can't share with anyone except my doctor, so I am so pleased to be able to post this. Can anyone else relate to this?
