Elevated Testosterone

Posted by timbogates @timbogates, Dec 3, 2024

Testosterone elevated 61 years old male, 755 to 820 typically. Adrenal gland cyst is stable since 2008 been reviewed 3 sperate times on CT and in the past year. No supplements. Been cleared by Urologist and Ultrasound clear. So what drives this up and what are the top 3-5 items from a endocrinologist perspective. Cortisol level normal. What are the negatives with this problem at older age.

I have a pretty good handle on diabetes and endocrinology things but I am unaware of any connection between those and testosterone levels. As a 50+ year diabetic I do know this. Diabetes is a factor in whatever other conditions you might also have. It tends to affect everything else. Vice versa anything else you might have makes diabetes management more challenging and complicated!
