Easing the pain of foot neuropathy!

Posted by tbucksr @tbucksr, Nov 13, 2025

I read a post yesterday. The individual tightened the muscles in there legs and held it a few seconds for neuropathy in the feet. Release and repeat. I've been doing this and feel it is making a difference. Maybe it will work to eliminate it. I hope so. So far so good! No drugs, or miracle pills. No herbs or spices. No half an hour video. Just a simple exercise. I feel your pain. It's been 4 years now. 4 different podiatrists along with the emg test and exray. I thank the person who posted the muscle exercise and I pray it works for you. No Dr's, no studies, just a simple exercise. I'm not sure what it does, if it gets more blood and oxygen to the feet or if it breaks apart the nerves but it's making a difference. Good luck!

Hello,

Thanks for this info. Id like to add that shopping for a PT who is educated in foot/calf work is essential. Not all PT are the same. Ice baths and epsom baths are great. Lots of leg stretching too.

@jchet just tighten the muscle and hold it tight as long as you can.
