Dry, Peeling, Soft Nails with Ridges....Any Suggestions?

Hey Precious Folks! Thyroid Disease has destroyed my nails. I have tried almost everything for them. I keep my hands & cuticles moisturized, but, to no avail. Any suggestions? Thanking you in advance.

Are you taking a Food Based B Complex vitamin? I highly recommend Thorne Vitamins. Or Pure Encapsulations.

irr43t, Thank you. Those are exactly the 2 brands I use with the B Complex. I alternate sometimes. Blessings to you.

I too have thyroid disease and incidentally noted recently, with the somewhat regular use of Citrucel that my
nails were much stronger and a couple no longer had ridges. Citrucel reminds me of "jello" and I think jello is
collagen? So maybe collagen would be most helpful?

Also, I found a nail file that has 5 or 6 applications......you file the ridges on top, then smooth nails, then polish them. Helps nail look better and I think, stimulate growth. They are cheap at Walmart or drugstore.
