Hi @nanleevista, You might want to contact the free Mayo Clinic Concierge services mentioned by @colleenyoung in an earlier post here - https://connect.mayoclinic.org/comment/1051983/. Patient assistance is available for all of the buildings. I do believe the Jacobson building has a patient drop off area but it's been awhile since I've been to that building which is a part of the Rochester Methodist buildings. I did a screen capture of the Rochester Campus maps that you can print off here - https://mcforms.mayo.edu/mc1600-mc1699/mc1663-55.pdf that shows the Jacobson building and where I think the drop off is but I would confirm it with the Concierge services.

The Graham Parking Ramp would be the closest walking distance and does have a subway to the Methodist buildings.

Jacobson building is employee only entrance. Graham ramp subway level has a phone on the wall to call for an escort.

Good morning @nanleevista. There is a lot of construction around the Jacobson building, as Mayo Clinic is adding more clinic space for medical equipment. The best entrance to us in the Main Charlton doors, located on 3rd Ave NW, just north of Center St. They have a drop off area there as well as Valet Parking. Clinic staff with be there to get you a wheelchair and transport staff to push if you would like. The closet ramp parking in the Graham Ramp, which is connected with the sub-level walkway. There will be staff at the elevator to help get you a wheelchair and transport staff called if you need them.
