What did you think about the Restore and rebuild bone program byDr Kim Millman?
What did you learn from it and what did you change as a result of the knowledge?
Was it worth the money?
I am considering signing up .

I'd like to know as well. It looks promising.

It was so worth it and I hesitated. I learned so much about lab tests, glucose control, diet, gut health, hormones. You can go back and listen to the Q@A sessions and keep learning. She now covers heart health as well. I couldn’t do all the testing at once but since have done the allergy food testing and was shocked with the results. If you haven’t read Dr. Keith McCormick’s book “Great Bones” it is such a resource.

I too am considering The Restore & Rebuild program. Downloaded the Healthier Bones Master Class. What impresses me is the overlap in different programs as to how to become more healthy and support oneself in a natural way through many body systems and biomarkers. For a number of years I've been on a low oxalate diet for bouts with kidney stones; Dr Millman spent a couple of pages discussing oxalates.
I have also been on the KetoFlex 12/3 plan from Dr. Dale Bredesen's The End of Alzheimer's Program: The First Protocol to Enhance Cognition and Reverse Decline at any age for about 6 months. Plus my endocrinologist has prescribed Forteo.
I'm not sure yet how this all fits together for me; I'm 84 years old and wanting to be as healthy and active as possible with all the aging things going on in my body including an OA knee that it has been suggested needs a TKR.
I will say that on the KetoFlex12/3 program, my A1C came down into normal range and my fasting glucose and insulin are withn normal range, and I've lost weight rather effortlessly which I hope helps my knee.
Best wishes for finding what works for each of us! Marian
