Pain control: Double knee replacement, laminectomy w spinal fusion

I’m wanting to know what you are using for pain control. After my tendon tear on knee I had to stay off the foot entirely. Brace from my ankles to my crotch! 14 1/2 weeks on my ass. My back is all screwed up now because of it. I walk like Quasi Moto! So much pain!

Rose, a double knee replacement along with 2 laminectomies with spinal fusion! That's a lot to handle. How far apart were your surgeries. What pain control are you currently using?
