Double chemo treatments

Has anyone received Jevtana and Carboplatin at the same time? If so, what results did you get? I have bone metastasis, so am wondering what effect my treatment may have. Bone scan soon. Thanks. Mark

Those two drugs are usually used together when there is an aggressive case of prostate cancer. They can work quite well for some people, but there is no way of knowing ahead of time what the results will be.

It can greatly reduce your bone mets so that a combination of ADT and an ARPI can keep your cancer from growing and spreading.

I had double chemo but it was carboplatin with Docetaxel followed by six Pluvicto‘s. All completed within one year, which was April 2024. It has kept the Cancer in Check so far. I have a PET scan Monday. Getting my hemoglobin to recover has been the hardest thing moving up very slowly 10.9 was the last one when I had my labs done here locally.
