Does orgovyx break the blood brain barrier?

Wondering if Orgovyx and which other ADT's break the blood brain barrier? Some have side effects of dizziness and depression while others such as Degeralex do not. So wondering hubby should stay on Degeralix or with to Orgovyx?

Degarlix (Firmagon) and Relugolix (Orgovyx) are both GnRH receptor antagonists, so as far as I understand, the chronic side-effects should be basically the same.

(Usual caveat that I'm not a doctor or medical researcher, and he should discuss it with his care team.)

Interesting. I am occasionally getting the light headed feeling when standing up
I didn’t know that was a side effect.
I’m on Orgovyx. Into the 7th week.
So far the side effects are :
Hot Flashes. Many per day. Avg about 2-3 per hour. Last about 3-4 minutes They are manageable
Constipation. Haven’t figured out yet how to manage this- just trying to hydrate more. I’m drinking a lot more water everyday.
Joint pain started. It’s affecting my workouts.
Pain in my left shoulder to the point where I can’t really work out like I was - I do chest press machine with a lot less weight now.
Occasional headache. Usually late in the day Not sure what is causing them.
Starting to get bloated around the middle - despite working out 4 days a week.
Fatigue. By 6:30 pm I’m usually done and now going to bed at 7 instead of 9 - but I get up at 0500 to make my radiation appts.
Looking forward to getting off this ADT stuff, but I understand the need to weaken the cancer

I had to take afternoon naps for my first couple of years on ADT, but not very often now.
