Digestive issues-hernia or something else?

I have had severe pain for almost a year now, right between my ribcage or just to the lower right of it. I wake up nauseous frequently as well. Chronic cough in the past few months too. I had hernia surgery about 4 years ago and I was great for about a year. Now I hurt all the time. I eat a few bites and then im full. I have difficulty in swallowing too. I also cannot bend over without being in severe pain do bad that I feel like im going to throw up. Endoscopy & colonoscopy both came out normal. Makes working very difficult. I just want to stop hurting and feel all right again. Is there s test or something else I can do to show the docs what's going on?
