Diffuse bladder wall thickening and mild prostate enlargement

I have been having urine leaks for awhile now and lately feel like I am maybe not emptying like I should. I had a CT Scan in February that showed diffuse bladder wall thickening and mild prostate enlargement. Any ideas what could be going on or experience of the same thing? I have a cystoscopy being done soon.

The two usual tests you should have are the cystoscopy and urodynamics, more helpful than CT scan. Your urinary retention needs to be addressed. I now have to self cath due to atonic bladder. I’m not optimistic but also am having PTNS treatment instead of interstim. Good luck.

I have same, 71grm prostate along with bladder wall thickening.
Using the drug Flo Max, will make a huge difference, it did for me.
Prostate will have to wait as I'm currently being treated for stage 3b rectal cancer.

I am currently on Flomax but nothing changed but it is also the lowest dose. I have the cystoscopy being done Friday. I normally am able to empty my bladder when they check at appointments. My main issue is dribbling when done and if I try holding to long as well as going a lot at night.
