diagnosed with granulosa cell ovarian tumor, maybe recurrance.

Had surgery in 2021 to remove granulosa cell ovarian tumor. Due to surgical spill it was staged as 1 C1 due to surgical spill. Had total hysterectomy. For past almost 2 years CT and bloodwork for Inhibins perfect until this recent bloodwork my Inhibin A is elevated. Having CT soon but nervous about my elevated Inhibin. Anyone else have similar experience?
