Dexa Scan results

My Dexa scan comparison from the previous scan 2 yrs ago has
increased 6% femoral neck right
increased 5.2% left
and the Lumbar mean bone mineral density decreased 1.6
Im wondering why it would increase in one area and decrase in the other???
