If you post your scores, I am sure you will get some support in understanding them. Did you physician go over them with you. If not, you might make contact with her/him and ask for clarification and meaning.

if any of your T scores are below -2.5, you are considered to have osteoporosis. Gravity3's idea of posting your scores is a really good one. Many of us do.
