DEXA accuracy with 2 recent vertebrae fractures

I see there was a lot of discussion last year with this DEXA question. As long as the technician is aware of the recent fractures would it still be accurate?
(I’m not sure if it’s even needed but going along with the doctor. We already know it’s pretty bad. Last was 2018 with no fractures)
