D-Day + 1 hour after anesthesia has worn off

Surgery done. Both sets of nerves PRESERVED. Doc initially thought I would lost half based on the MRI. If I didn't emphasize this enough BOTH. SETS. OF. NERVES. I stand to be fully functional. I'm bombed out of my mind on serious opioids for fairly serious pain but BOTH. F'ING. NERVES. HALLELUJAH! HOLY SHIT! Where's the Tylenol? (Christmas Vacation quote).
