I have pain in both areas. I’m researching on Amazon. I suppose all I can do is order more than one and determine if any work.

Hi @retirement75, I bought one for my computer chair but now use it on my elliptical recumbent bike. I've been thinking about getting another one as it did seem to help, especially with tailbone pain. -- https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B072KFT9M3/.

I may try a different though since I've looked at a few others. Here's a review of some of them - The 7 Best Seat Cushions for Lower Back Pain of 2023: https://www.verywellhealth.com/best-seat-cushions-for-lower-back-pain-4589726

Pre operative to my S-1, L-5 & L-4 fusion I used a McKenzie back pillow for my lumbar support. I find that I do not need it post surgery. It is available on Amazon.

I have the Comflife brand.

I love Cushion Lab cushions. There is also a modified version for the car. They alleviate pressure on the spine and are really comfortable.
