The standard is different for each stage of the cancer.
Hi @tymish17, A bright spot in lung cancer treatment is that there are options and treatment is not a one-size-fits all approach. That means we need a treatment team who can help present us with options that are best for our situation, and who can help us weed through the lists of potential side effects to decide what may be best.
The stage of the cancer, the overall health of the patient, and many clinical factors (PDL-1, biopsy results, etc) can impact treatment decisions.

From your previous posts, it looks like you’ve had treatments, is your cancer stable? Are you experiencing side effects?
