CTX blood score and Reclast

I am a 77 year old female who completed Evenity on 6/2024 and received recast infusion on 7/1/24. Bone Density improved.
I hesitate to do another Reclast infusion this year because my CTX score as of 11/25 was 218.
Rheumatologist recommended I do another round of Reclast.
Keith McCormick recommended I wait 6 months and redo the CTX blood work. He said it is optimal to do Reclast if CTX score is 250 or above.
