CRPS in remission

Posted by grannyzoo @grannyzoo, 19 hours ago

For six years I have had CRPS. I just want to share the status of this disease in my body with you. I stopped sugar, red meats, seldom had a glass of wine, fried foods; and did a good job of being gluten free. I ate mostly salmon and other fish along. with chicken (love the air fryer). I do not take meds except for a baby aspirin when I remembered. I do a multivitamin, vit D, magnesium, B12 and zinc only if I feel like I am coming down with something. No caffeine. I had this in both legs and feet. Hurt like the devil so I got a Boston Scientific implant for the pain. What a blessing! I kept moving to the best of my abilities. I have had some nasty comments about taking this path instead of doing prescription meds. I have had about five epidurals. So, I am sharing my outcome and ask that the rude comments be kept to yourself. I am currently in remission. Just wanted to share my good news incase someone else wanted to try my success. Sugar is very inflammatory. You will have a sugar withdrawal if you go this route. I ate a small piece of candy daily for one week and then a week of every other day. Just a thought to help you if you go this route. This didn’t happen overnight so keep plugging away if you try this.

Did the small blood vessels in your feet that spread all over your feet, ankles and legs go away too, or did you not have any?
