Covid 19 antigen test came back positive
I received my Covid Booster on December 1st and and had a typical reaction with aches and pains, chills, cough, fever, and a headache. However, the symptoms persisted beyond a couple of days. So yesterday I took a Covid 19 antigen test and it came back positive. Is this something I should be worried about? My condition remains unchanged.

Hi @kwbarton, false positive results can occur with antigen tests. Was this the result of an at-home antigen test?
Since it is possible that you have a COVID infection, it is recommended that you isolate as per CDC guidelines https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/your-health/quarantine-isolation.html
Do you have an appointment to get the test result confirmed?

1 ReactionIt was an in home test. I’m aware of the false positives but my symptoms have consistent and unchanged for 5 days. If not Covid 19, what could it be?
It could be COVID. I suggest you get the test confirmed.
