Could this be a bp pressure issue or vagus nerve? I have this but cad

I have oassed out after feeling a bit dizzy. Used Holter monitor. Kept track of BO for dr. FOT TWO EEEKS. Bp usually drops very low. 52/31. No explanation. Slepts for hr and very tired. I am often tired. 78 and weak. What cd cause this?

Kidney disease, electrolyte imbalance (see first guess to the left), heart arrhythmia, heart failure, endocrine problem like hypothyroidy, diabetic or metabolic disorder.... We could guess for hours.

Have they screened you for a virus? Lymphocyte count? Stroke detected via MRI? More guessing.

I think that you’re experiencing some very unpleasant symptoms, you have had some tests done for your heart but nothing has come up yet. I think that fainting is a serious symptom and your blood pressure is low, my honest opinion is to get yourself thoroughly checked out, sometimes at our age we start to get lots of symptoms and it can be very scary but not knowing what is causing it only makes it harder for you so please get yourself tested so that you know more about what’s going on with your body.

Apparently you have seen at least one doctor to get the monitor, but if that doctor is not ordering more tests or doing anything helpful, please see another doctor.

I had similar issues with feeling dizzy and my feet hurt. I’m 6’5”. As an experiment I stopped one of my BP meds. Seems to help but I check my BP daily and that is around 145/78.

@kevinhortness Thank you. My bp goes so low (50/31) i think I pass out until it rises to awaken me. Over hr. N pass out again. Holter Monitor didn't expose. Have a small aneurysm in thoracic aorta but no one seems concerned. Only if bp is high. Confusing to me. I guess I need to go elsewhere. Thanks! Best wishes.
