costochondritis, diverticulitis

So they are now saying I have costochondritis and I also have diverticulitis I can’t catch a break. And not to mention I caught c diff and don’t know if that’s gon fully. Are all this things related. I have been so sick with c diff. Where did the costochondritis come from
