Constant twitching and vibrations

Hi everyone!

I’m 25 y.o. man
2,5 years ago i noticed vibrations in the brest area fro the first time. It started when i was tired and didn’t get enough sleep. Then, when i rest it stopped. For 6 months i had those vibrations when i was tired. After that time it became permanent. I have those vibrations 24/7, sometimes it even hurts and kind of burning. (I checked my heart health and it’s 100% okay)

about 5 months ago i started feel twitching in different places all over my body.
and about 2 months ago i noticed CONSTANT twitching/fasciculations under my left pinky (i think it’s called hypothenar).

So what i have now is: constant vibrations on chest, constant twitches under pinky finger and twitching all over my body in random places with random durations.

i saw a neurologist and he said that he can’t say anything about it, that i should just wait. I don’t understand what should i wait for. He didn’t even do any tests or EMG. i think he just doesn’t care and he didn’t even listen to me when i told him my problems.

Can you please help me to understand what it possibly could be?

i’ve done blood tests for substances that can affect twitching. They are all normal

I googled and of course i found out about ALS/MND and BFS. And now i’m scared of ALS and hope it’s BFS. But it doesn’t seem that any of those diseases include vibration feelings…

Thank you very much

Hello!
I would try a different neurologist and possibly a rheumatologist as well. There are so many things with overlapping symptoms. Don’t panic. A movement specialist may be another resource for you to look into.
Best of luck,
Kat
