Constant 24/7 head burning, stinging and electric like sensations.
34 years old female, 5' 9'' and 187 Ibs . From the time I was a child until around the age of 17, I was getting occasional headaches with an accompanying symptom of vomiting. Then I was in an area with almost no medical care, unsanitary environment and extreme weather conditions for one year. In that place I experienced bloody mucoid diarrhea for extended periods of time that occurred several times within that one year time period. Around the end of my stay in that area, I started having lower back pain. After I left that environment the diarrhea stopped but the lower back pain stayed for a while. Then shortly I started having abdominal issues like bloating, constant headaches, and finally urinary issues like urgency, frequency and burning while urinating. All these symptoms arised within 3 months after I left that harsh environment. I am still experiencing all these symptoms except that the form and site of the headache changed on around February 2020.
On around February 2020, I started feeling a pressure around the lower left side of my head which felt like something was trying to pass but blocked by something. Then when I try to focus or meditate on it for few minutes, it would disperse as a tingling sensation upwards. But with time it went upwards to the left parietal area of the head which then became mostly situated there. Then after it moved to this area it became a very painful stinging and burning type pain with electric like crawling sensations. When it reached this site, it became unresponsive to my meditation or focus exercises.
On around May 2022 I started taking oxcarbazepine to try to treat my chronic headaches and then started experiencing sleep disturbance, and doubt and loss of time management at work on that week. Then full blown OCD occured one day at the end of that week? I was then diagnosed with temporary OCD and anxiety but 2 years have passed and I have still not recovered. Now the most challenging part in fighting this mental illness for me is the constant excruciating headaches. I feel like my head gets stuck because of the pain and anxiety when I try to think and analyze when doing even the simple daily activities. I sometimes feel like I don't see things clearly on my mind (like someone who needs eyeglass prescription to see and tries to see without them) and feel may be this lack of clarity is making my OCD and anxiety worse by creating doubt of anything I try to do in my mind and then leading to fear that I might make a mistake and hurt others as a consequence.
Recently pregabalin has been useful to some extent with overall body relaxation and it helps only if I take doses of 225mg or more at once and that works only for few hours. I have tried so many other medications and nothing has worked. I did MRI of the head and neck, and CT of the head. Nothing was found except a slight cervical kyphosis centered around C3/C4. I tried botox and greater occipital nerve block, and both weren't helpful. I also saw an ophthalmologist and all was fine.
For the abdominal issues, I did colonoscopy and the pathology report revealed small bowel mucosa with focal active inflammation in the small intestine and mild chronic inflammation in the stomach. I have some follow up to do for this. I still don't know if my abdominal issues are separate from or linked to my head pain and sensations.
I would appreciated any helpful insights.
Thank you.

I wondered about the "harsh" environment. You didn't give any details but wonder if there was anything or lack of something that contributed.
Example: clean water, exceptional altitude, etc
The place has extreme weather conditions (very cold and very hot, mostly hot). It's a camp where basic military training and academic education was received. It is located very far from towns and cities. There was shortage of water and the water available was not clean. No proper medical service. The food was limited in variety and quantity.
I always am concerned when drinking water is not clean ...exposure to parasites? I am not a medical person and you seem to have had lots of testing to determine what could be the
cause/causes. This must be extremely worrying and frustrating.
I have small fiber neuropathy, and many of your symptoms (headaches, GI issues, facial parasthesias) are consistent. That does not mean that’s what you have, but worth finding a good neurologist and being evaluated.
