Complications from Chemo?

Has anyone experienced severe complications from Chemo ? My husband received his 1 st round of Chemo … within 1week has pulmonary embolisms So they delayed chemo Was out of hospital for a week the cardiac arrest. Troponin levels 24,000. Cardiologist feels with his condition it’s a risk yo do angiogram and stents So trying med ‘He is scheduled for 2nd chemo next week, Next week meeting with oncology/cardiology to discuss discontinuing chemo
And this was just the 1st round
