Colon removal and currently 2.5 weeks post op

Hello anyone had their colon removed with ileostmy pouch and a J pouch suppose to return in 3 months for reversal of ileostomy how di you guys do when did you start to feel better still feel pains hard to est sometimes and drink aswell
