collagenous colitis

I was diagnosed with C Colitis at Mayo last week. I'm looking for diet and ways to live with this. I will be getting a referral but need some answers now to get started. Every medication I'm taking can trigger and stress seems to be my main issue. I'm off of Omeprazole and Meloxicam. The diarrhea has been going on for 18 mos now. I'm already improving but need more help.
