Cleveland Neuropathy Clinic

Posted by jdrhoads @jdrhoads, Apr 20, 2018

Good morning all, has anyone here been treated for your neuropathy at the Cleveland clinic? My pain team is sending me there for a ketamine protocol consult and some potential tests. I've heard they are one of the top neuro clinics in the country, but would like to know if anyone has any insight. Thanks in advance.

Good morning @jdrhoads -- I have no experience with the Cleveland Clinic but they do have a good reputation among hospitals and treatment centers. Hoping others that have been treated will share their experience.

I have gone to the CCF Neurologists since 2018. I have struggled finding a decent one. My first Neurologist was not that good at explaining things or helping me. I had terrible pain in my feet and he did not help much. This doctor left CCF and and I received a bye bye letter from the clinic, not him. He came from Iran. I search for a second Neurologist and got one who specialized in stiff muscle syndrome but did not tell me. He dumped me off to a PA. Eventually I found a third one who so far has been the best. Pain is still there but I think I have become accustomed to it and somehow ignore it part of the day when I am busy. So far I would not give CCF Neurologists a very good recommendation. I have been thinking of switching over to University Hospital in Cleveland for Neurology.
