Chronic pain resources?

Posted by horizonsbeyond @horizonsbeyond, 4 hours ago

After being diagnosed with multiple bone tumors at 18 years old, I spent the next decade studying chronic pain research and management to be able to heal both myself and help others do the same for themselves. After many many years, six total surgeries, and trying almost a hundred different treatments, I was able to find what worked for me and slowly started to improve over time. I found the best treatment from things that were meant to help long-term that had little to no side effects but that doctors often wouldn’t tell you about since they wouldn’t profit from it (and us). If anyone is interested in this information, please let me know. I just want others to have easy access to the same information that helped me heal.
