Chronic pain, patchy edema 1 yr and months after THR Left Anterior.

I have been in chronic pain since my THR last 6/1/22. Has psoas tendon release in jan 23. Unable to perform daily activities, no longer walking, gardening or lifting. MRI : Patchy marrow edema throughout the acetabulum, superior pubic ramus and proximal femur is favored to be reactive. No osteolysis or lucency at the bone-metal interface is noted on the concurrent CT to suggest loosening at thistime.
2. Mild soft tissue thickening about the hip joint without evidence of
a fluid collection or soft tissue tissue mass.
3. Reactive intramuscular edema within the left iliopsoas. Possibly
related to grade 1 strain versus altered biomechanics secondary to hip
arthroplasty.
No one is able to tell me what the problem is... According to the Xrays, everything is ok! One Dr, said is could be the size of the implant.

Wow, that's too bad. Look around and find a really good orthopod to take an honest look at this. I wish you well. Don't give up!❤
