Chronic pain down right side of body keeps getting worse

I have had a total of 5 strokes. 4 strokes have occurred within the past 4 years. After the 2nd stroke, the pain felt like a vice grip holding down my back on the right side. The pain has gotten worse after each stroke. Now I have issues walking, sometimes getting out of bed and trying to walk around is so hard that I have to take off from work. I gained 60lbs after my last stroke. I don't understand how it happened when I hardly eat. I'm totally miserable. I have pain starting in my face down my neck, into my arm, down my back, down my hip into my groin, down my leg into my foot on my right side. I used to love to dance and now I can't. Since the last stroke I experience massive headaches and at one point lost 14 hours of time. I can't remember what exactly happened during that time frame. I've been off pain meds for some years now, but feel
like I'll need something stronger then what I used to take that will work. My neurologist gave me some pain meds for a month and now won't give me any meds, so I'm trying to find a pain management doctor. Any recommendations for a good pain management doctor?
