Chronic fatigue from Psoriatic arthritis that biologics dont help
I am 41m, was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis about 10 yrs ago but disease progressed overnight when I was 28, it took 10 years to get on biologics, unfortunately my chronic fatigue is only getting worse, my labs always come back normal even tho I feel like death, too weak to work or do much physically. Rheumatologist will not touch the subject of fatigue, pcp has no idea how to help keep offering antidepressants, in desperate need of help.

@chrisjames84 I’m so sorry. I can hear the desperation in your words.
I don’t know about how to help with the fatigue, but I will say that I made the decision to switch rheumatologists when the first one also downplayed side effects and my concerns with two injectables he wanted to prescribe. It’s not easy to switch doctors, but if yours isn’t listening to your concern - which is a serious and debilitating one - you owe it to yourself to find someone who has the patience and desire to help you live your very best life. You are worth that.
I hope you will find a remedy that will bring you the much needed relief you crave and deserve. Do keep us posted.
Wishing you well~
