Chemo and cancer recurrence

Hello all. So my oncotype test came back at 49 with a distant chance of recurrence of 38percent in 9 years. My margins where clear no lymph involved. Mastectomy. My k67 was 35-45. I did have LVI on tumor. I'm ER+PR+Her2negative. Oncologist wants me to do at least 4 rounds chemo before endocrine therapy. They will also be doing scan etc for bones etc just in case. I guess I just want to hear about chemo . Did anyone have cancer come back or have distant cancer after chemo and endocrine therapy?
