Celecoxib prior to Reclast infusion?

I’m a 78-year old male. I was diagnosed with prostate cancer last year and had 28 EBR treatments and was scheduled for 8 quarterly Eligard injections. My last radiation treatment was last May. My 3rd (of the proposed 8) Eligard injections was in July. At my October medical oncology appt (where I had been scheduled for my 4th Eligard shot), my PSA was virtually undetectable. My oncologist thus agreed to an ADT “holiday” with subsequent quarterly blood tests to track my testosterone and PSA. I’ve been scheduled for a Reclast infusion on Friday this week. (I’ve been diagnosed with osteopenia and suspected beginning stages of osteoporosis.) I’ve had several fractures from falls and an endocrinologist suggested the annual infusions as a preventative measure. I’ve been taking Celebrex (celecoxib) capsules twice daily for fairly severe osteoarthritis pain. I’ve read that NSAIDs (like Celebrex) may be contraindicated for someone receiving Reclast infusions. I’m interested in learning if other readers of this forum have been able to safely take Celebrex after a Reclast treatment.
