Can I use Cocoa Butter on my skin where I'm being radiated?

I read that it is recommended to apply a moisterizing creme on the part of your skin that is undergoing treatment.

I've found some creme online for this purpose. But I have cocoa butter at home and I'm wondering if I can apply this butter to the skin area undergoing radiotherapy treatment.
