Being female I don’t know much about proper levels of hormones for males BUT I have experience with diabetes (where this discussion is posted in). Are you also diabetic? From 50ish years experience with diabetes I know that diabetes affects everything else that you have. Vice versa, anything else that you have factors in to diabetes management. Things can get really complicated if you need to take hormones to regulate yourself. Did you know that insulin is a hormone normally produced by the pancreas which is part of your endocrine system? If you don’t mind answering, what is your A1C?
