Calcium capsule or softgel that's not gigantic And

Should it be calcium citrate, carbonate, or both?
I need a capsule or softgel, but haven't been able to find a 400 or 500 calcium supplement that is less than 1 inch long, which is uncomfortable to swallow. Any suggestions?

My endocrinologist recommended I take Citracal. Walmart sells Citracal petites. You have to take two per serving though, instead of just one.

If you suffer from constipation, use calcium citrate, as it will help with this as well. The liquid form is available most places as is relatively cheap.

I take New Chapter Bone Strength, 4 pills a day so size is fine. I alternate with Citrical Petites, 3 pills a day and not huge.
