Calcium capsule or softgel that's not gigantic And
Should it be calcium citrate, carbonate, or both?
I need a capsule or softgel, but haven't been able to find a 400 or 500 calcium supplement that is less than 1 inch long, which is uncomfortable to swallow. Any suggestions?

My endocrinologist recommended I take Citracal. Walmart sells Citracal petites. You have to take two per serving though, instead of just one.

3 ReactionsIf you suffer from constipation, use calcium citrate, as it will help with this as well. The liquid form is available most places as is relatively cheap.

1 ReactionI take New Chapter Bone Strength, 4 pills a day so size is fine. I alternate with Citrical Petites, 3 pills a day and not huge.
