Cachexia

I am having trouble gaining weight and am wondering if I have cachexia, or wasting syndrome. My last chemo treatment for cancer in my mouth was a year ago February. I use a feeding tube as I can not open my mouth or swallow. Since then my weight has slowly declined. I am now hovering around 138 despite consuming enough calories to sustain a 170 man. I would like to see if anyone has had experience with this and what the treatment was.
