Burning Knee Pain

I am having pain on the outside of my right knee. But the weird part is it only BURNS when I kneel on it. Once the weight is removed the BURNING goes away. Anyone have any ideas or thoughts? Very weird, its not in the knee per se its in the fatty area beside my knee that burns. Help PLEASE????

Sounds like a knee with no cushion in the joints.

I have a similar burning sinsation where I cannot kneel on either knee and is painful even when I'm in bed. The pain comes and goes and is worse on some days than others. Trying to decide if I should go to my family doctor or a specialist? Don't want to have to pay the family doctor just to tell me to go see the specialist.
