Bunion Surgery

Hello, I am looking for help and guidance. I am trying to understand the differences between the minimally invasive kind and other methods, specifically percutaneous osteotomy, lapiplasty, lapidus procedures as well as the latest techniques with good long-term outcomes. Is cutting the bone good, does rotating the bone, without cutting really solve the problem if the bone has built up. I've watched videos of the different procedures and still have questions. I am looking for a doctor in the Dallas Fort Worth area that does everything, but I am finding they seem to specialize in one technique. Trying to determine which is the best way to go is hard. Any help or guidance would be most appreciated.
