Breathing Techniques for Pain Management
Sometimes I find deep breathing techniques can help me when I have pain. The article on Healthline today was a great reminder as I am struggling with muscle spasms brought on by overdoing the past few days. It, or the breathing pattern known as Belly Breathing (aka diaphragmatic breathing) also helps calm me down when stressed, or get me back on track when I get shortness of breath.
