Breast Infection and Cellulitis

I had a sudden onset of a breast infection/abcess --months after biopsy. Took a week for surgeon to prescribe antibiotics and ended up postoning my surgery by 2 weeks. I had a (very painful) aspiration last week and antibiotics worked well first few days, now getting minimal progress. I don't want anything to postpone by surgery again. What else besides the antibiotics did you use to treat and get it moving along quicker for healing?
