Breast Cancer AAA 4TH Stage in one lung

@ @dsowinski- Good morning and welcome to Mayo Connect. It must be very confusing to learn that your cancer has spread to another part of your body, and extremely scary. When cancer spreads to another part of your body it is called a metastasis. You probably know this. Yours has gone to one of your lungs. It does not become a true lung cancer and stays a breast cancer. The breast cancer cells have traveled from the breast to the lungs.
