Both a brain tumor and White Matter Disease and Agent Orange, Radiati?

I’m actually looking for a cure but from what I have read there is no cure for white matter disease and according to VA I may not survive brain surgery! VA sent me to Emory hospital for radiation therapy gamma knife but I had a very serious reaction that may have been caused by the pain medication fentanyl and some other drugs but, whatever it was my wife of 52 years said I was a madman she didn’t recognize me and the way I was acting and the stuff I was saying? I recently read that Radiation therapy was not a good thing to use when white matter is involved and apparently the doctor didn’t read my list of medications to see that I was already taking Oxycodone 20mg 4 times a day something BA had prescribed for me during my cancer treatment in 2014 and I continue to this day and in my service medical history it shows his ischaemic disease that was left untreated since 1974 well after I returned from Vietnam 69 and 70 Army . Yet no one said anything or did anything, I’m also suffering from other services injuries involving mostly with my entire Spine all 3 major groups, there’s much more that can be shared and reviewed?I WISH AND HOPE FOR A CURE I FEEL THAT IM LOSING MY MIND AND MY FUNCTIONAL ABILITIES AND IM ALWAYS TIRED NO MATTER WHAT CAN NOT SLEEP A NORMAL NIGHT!
