Bone turnover on Evenity

Hello
I started Evenity March 2025
No side effects at all
Here’s some bone turnover history
October 2023
CTX 443. P1NP 45
June 2024
CTX 336 P1NP 37

March 2025 started Evenity

April 2025 ( after 2 Evenity injections)
CTX 205. P1NP 201
July 2025 (after 5 Evenity injections)
CTX 371. P1NP 77

What happened? April looked amazing
Dr said best one of the best she’s ever seen
I don’t see her again until August 21

This is normal. The influence on bone turnover markers is greatest at 1 month then it gradually decreases. Here's a graph showing this:

This is normal. The influence on bone turnover markers is greatest at 1 month then it gradually decreases. Here's a graph showing this:
