Bone Marrow Edema in the Spine

I have had spinal problems and pain for many years. In August I had a MRI that showed Marrow edema with Modic type 1 changes adjacent to L3-4 and L5-S1.

Has anyone else had this diagnosis and what was the treatment?

I’ve had this on the thoracic spine not the lumbar. Look up information on intracept procedure. This is an FDA approved procedure for the lumbar spine where they do 1 injection and that is all.
