Blood clots in stool

What could a mucus blood clot in the stool mean? It’s brighter red, not dark. First time this has happened.
Just had a colonoscopy last month and everything was normal so not sure what action to take…

I had one of those metal tags work
Loose after the colonoscopy and had some blood streaking in my stool. Nothing I would describe as a
Clot or mucous plug.
I’d probably call the nurse to check.

I hope you let the doctor know about it. There should never be blood or clots in your stool.
