Bloating & Discomfort after eating

Hi, I finished radiation & chemo on May 19, 2023, since then, every time I eat my stomach gets uncomfortably bloated. It doesn’t seem to matter what I eat. I have multiple food allergies. So I’m very careful of what I eat. I’ve stopped eating raw vegetables (hopefully just for now), because I cannot digest them. I struggle with constipation, & diarrhea at times (more often constipation).
Is anyone else struggling with this problem? Any solutions appreciated.
