Bladder cramping

Does anyone have bladder cramping and frequent urination?

I had 5 weeks IMRT + one HDR procedure and six months of ADT Orgovyx. I am now a couple of months past treatment and still have frequent urination (particularly at night) and what I think is bladder cramping. I get the feeling I need to urinate a night but sometimes there is little urine.

The sensation is similar to when I really need to urinate but the night visits are largely unproductive. My RO team says this is normal and will continue for up to a year. I will say it gets a bit better every day

More like who didn't or doesn't if you had radiation. Did you just do radiation? You didn't disclose under what circumstances this is happening.

I am taking Orgovyx and still getting radiation treatments, I was having same problem and my Doctor recommend I take 500mg Cranberry supplement and I am also drinking Organic Cranberry drink which seems to have helped. I am still getting up at night but it is much easier to urinate.

Did they prescribe something for it? I took Oxybutynin and it worked well. Best wishes on your outcome.
